Your therapeutic journey will be guided by your wisdom and insight as we collaboratively determine your priorities. I emphasize somatic modalities to support in embodiment and connection to self. Joy is integral to the work we do, and as such, our work together will center strengthening what brings you laughter, pleasure, joy and rest.
