15-minute phone consultation to assess for fit: free

50-minute individual session: $150

I offer a few reduced-rate slots if costs are prohibitive to receiving care. Please inquire to see current openings.

Alternatively, consider the following resources that may offer short-term vouchers for care: Loveland Foundation, the Therapy Fund Foundation, Deconstructing Mental Health Systems, and/or the Mental Health Fund.

I am able to bill and am in-network with the following insurance companies:

  • Premera

  • Regence

  • Kaiser Permanente

If you wish to use your in-network health insurance to cover the cost of therapy, please contact Lavender Hearts Therapy, PLLC and your insurance provider before our first session to be aware of any co-pays or deductibles that you may be responsible for

Out-of-network

Most clients with private insurance are eligible to be reimbursed for a significant portion of their fees for services. 

To determine if your insurance provider offers out-of-network coverage reimbursement, call your member services line (usually listed on the back of your insurance card) and ask the following questions.

  • What is my out-of-network deductible?  

  • What are my mental health insurance benefits?  

  • Does my plan cover services to out-­of­-network mental health providers?

  • Do I need pre­-authorization or a referral from my PCP to see a therapist

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session for an out-of-network provider?  

  • How many sessions does my plan cover in a year? How many sessions do I have left?  

  • How much time do I have to file a claim for out-­of­-network services?  

  • What is the process to get reimbursed for out­-of-­network services?

Other things to consider

  • Payment is accepted via credit, debit, or Health Spending Account (HAS) cards online through the client portal.

  • Lavender Hearts Therapy, PLLC offers a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours before our appointment to avoid being charged for the full rate of a session. Accommodations will be made for extenuating circumstances.
